New at the Compliance Conference 2026 - the basis for the annual regional benchmark

As part of the Compliance Conference 2026, we are conducting a regional survey on the state of the Compliance function and compliance practices in the region for the first time (State of Compliance 2026). The aim of the research is to provide an objective, comparable and relevant insight into the level of development of the compliance function, organizational models, available resources, the maturity of the compliance culture and the key challenges and trends that organizations in the region face. This research represents a breakthrough in the quality of conference content and establishes the foundations for the annual regional Compliance benchmark, with the aim of long-term monitoring of the development of the profession, identification of trends and comparison of practices among organizations in the region.

Deadline for completing the survey: August 1, 2026.

Who can participate?

This event, which takes place on the 29th. September 2026 in Zagreb, provides a unique opportunity to exchange knowledge, follow trends and network with key stakeholders from the world of compliance.

Confidentiality and method of participation

The survey is completely anonymous and does not collect any personal data. The time required to complete it is approximately 5–7 minutes, and the data collected will be used exclusively in aggregate form for the purposes of creating a regional Compliance overview.

Presentation of results at the conference

The results of the research will be publicly presented for the first time as part of a special panel "The State of Compliance in the Region in 2026: Where are we today and where are we going?" at the Compliance Conference 2026, which will be held on September 29, 2026 at the Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb hotel, with the participation of Compliance professionals from the entire region. We invite you to participate in the research and contribute to the creation of a relevant database on the state of Compliance in the region, and to join the conference and participate in the discussion on the findings, trends, and direction of further development of the Compliance function.
